At The Floral, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every order. However, due to the nature of our products (cakes, flowers, and gifts), certain limitations apply to cancellations and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
For same-day or express delivery orders, cancellation requests will not be accepted once the product is prepared or dispatched.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

2. Refund Policy
In case of a valid cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
If an order cannot be delivered due to a fault at our end (e.g., product unavailability, delivery issue), a full refund or replacement will be provided.
No refunds will be made for incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
3. Replacement Policy
If a product is delivered in damaged condition or is incorrect, please share clear photos of the product and packaging within 12 hours of delivery at theefloralstudio@gmail.com
.
After verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Perishable goods such as cakes, flowers, or food items once delivered are non-refundable.
Orders refused by the recipient at the time of delivery will not be eligible for refund.
