At The Floral, we take great pride in ensuring that every order β€” whether it’s a delicious cake, a fresh bouquet, or a thoughtful gift β€” is delivered with utmost care, freshness, and punctuality. Our goal is to make sure your special moments are celebrated right on time!

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery across major areas of Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, and nearby regions.
For outstation deliveries, availability depends on product type and partner network coverage.
Some remote or restricted locations may not be serviceable. You can contact our customer support to confirm delivery availability before placing your order.

2. Delivery Timings

Standard delivery hours are between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (IST).
Customers can select a preferred date and time slot during checkout.
While we strive to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

3. Same-Day & Midnight Deliveries

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before the cutoff time (generally before 5:00 PM IST).
Midnight delivery is available for selected areas and products. Extra delivery charges may apply.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary based on location, delivery type (standard, fixed-time, or midnight), and product category.
Final charges are displayed at checkout before completing the payment.

5. Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is confirmed and payment is successful, it is sent for processing.
Products like cakes and flowers are prepared fresh, so please allow adequate preparation time.
Dispatch details and live tracking (if available) will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

6. Recipient Availability

Please ensure that the recipient is available at the delivery location and time provided.
In case the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team may hand over the product to a neighbor, security guard, or nearby person after confirmation.
If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Handling of Perishable Items

All perishable items (cakes, flowers, etc.) are handled with extra care and delivered using proper packaging to maintain freshness.
We recommend consuming or using perishable products immediately upon delivery for best quality and experience.

8. Order Tracking

Customers can track their orders through the link provided in the confirmation email or message.
For real-time updates, you may contact our support team via phone or email.

9. Undelivered Orders

If your order remains undelivered due to issues beyond our control (wrong address, locked premises, recipient refusal), it will be considered delivered and no refund shall be issued.
For genuine delivery failures due to our error, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
